As a massage therapist since 2010 with experience in working with all kinds of people, I wanted to bring my own form of the healing arts to the Borough of West Chester, PA.  My specialties in medical massage, myofascial release, sports and deep tissue, and pregnancy allow me to tailor your massage session to exactly what you need.  I bring the knowledge of professional athletes to my local neighborhood where I can make the biggest impact in my community.  Whether you're looking for a moment of relaxation or to truly address an injury or chronic pain, together we can work to find the type of bodywork that will plant the seed for the lifelong journey of healing and self-care today to have a growing tomorrow.
